Here's a short and simple poetry I made way back when I was in college (1992). This was inspired and made for some lady in my future whom I haven't met and I truly cared about. Up until now, can't say for sure if I already met her.

I am honored to be with you today at your commencement from one of the finest universities in the world. I never graduated from college.
